Fishing!

One of our neighbors has a boat, and offered to take the girls fishing. We weren't sure how many fish they would catch but said "sure!" - never going to turn down a new experience. They caught 3 fish, and the girls were delighted every time. They couldn't wait to show Momma when they got home ;)

Blueberry picking at home

We've got a few blueberry bushes in front of our house, and I may need to plant more - the girls are picking anything remotely blue on a many-times-per-day basis :) Keeps them happy outside though!

I got evicted by these cuties. Oh well, there are worse ways to wake up...

At this point Ellie spotted my earplugs and grabbed them to put them in her ears, so bedtime was over ;)

Birthday Treats

The girls' birthday passed with little fanfare, but our nanny planned a special treat for them nonetheless: peanut butter playdough, with a pool outside waiting for after the eating was over.

All in all, I'd say it was a good day :)
