Avy created her own game, complete with helmet for safety: she would use the pole to push the gears across the room trying to hit another specific toy. This quickly became a hit (ha ha) with the other kids... and then Mom had to stop it, sadly. It got a tad too enthusiastic ;)
I love big kids. I was changing a diaper and Ellie came asking me where her PJs were. I told her, dryer, go ahead and pull them out. I finished up and came out to find Ellie carefully using a spoon to scrap all of the lint out of the filter (she likes to keep her hands clean) after having put all the laundry in the basket. Good girl!
