It's been a busy few weeks (months? Eep!) here as you'll see, but first we're catching up on the babies' birthday. The day after their birthday we made their cake; they were fans.

The kids were practicing their letters in a combo drawing-writing lesson. They liked this quite a bit! Avy asked for a tree, but after drawing and writing it she looked at for a moment then said, "Mom, it looks more like a flamingo." Hmm, she's not wrong...
Sometimes they ask for odd things.
My eye is upon her.
Avy did a random doodle. I was amazed!
