We took the family on an 11 mile bike ride, with each of the adults pulling one tandem bike and one bike trailer (one big girl and one baby each). We were on our way back and were at the end of a series of rather evil uphill climbs.
Ellie: "14...15...16...17...18...19..."
Me: "What are you counting, baby girl?"
Ellie: "The inches we're passing."
