I was sitting on the couch and Lily walked to the entrance of the kitchen and looked at me.
Lily: "ayddan abbe my yaya botta" (something something my water bottle)
Me: "It's on the table sweetie."
Lily: "Ayddan ABBE my yaya botta"
Me: "Table sweetie! Table."
Theo, who was sitting in the living room playing, looked back and forth between us then stood and trotted to the kitchen. I also walked to the kitchen, in time to see Theo grab Lily's water bottle from the counter (Lily is too short), take a short swig from it then hand it to Lily.
Lily: "Da du." (thank you)
They both then left the kitchen without even glancing at me. I mean, it's not like I helped.
